Custom or personalized orders (including custom T-shirts and collars) ship within 5–7 business days to allow for production time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
International shipping times vary by destination, usually within 7–21 business days.

Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Providers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most reliable option for your area.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we’ll do our best to help track down your package. Please contact us if you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
